Feasibility study for growing lettuce, tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers in Toronto, Canada

AAB was contracted by a Canadian investment company to conduct a feasibility study into the possibilities for developing and realising a state-of-the-art greenhouse enterprise in Toronto, Canada. The investment plan was based on the contracts that would be negotiated with a number of major buyers (wholesalers and supermarkets) of lettuce, tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers. The feasibility study consisted of providing the entire technical design, the investment budget and the operating budget for the first eight years, assuming greenhouse facilities of approximately 40,000 m² in size for growing lettuce, tomatoes peppers and cucumbers.
